Great building and rooms with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day. the location here is so convenient and awesome for the price - it's close to the city center, the Ministry of Health, and a variety of restaurants. This property is definitely my favorite spot in the area! 🌟

Enjoyed our stay in this place. Everything was outstanding, including very helpful and excellent staff. The room was neat and brand-new and offered with bathroom, very comfortable queen size bed. The location in a good area was best possible. There were a shopping mall and a market around the hotel. Restaurant on site was good.

Bed smelling cigrates, A.C smelling cigrates, the rooms furniture is old and dirty, No kettle, the breakfast starts late. This is hardly considered a hotel.

Just the location.
- Suite unclean - Wet floor at the bathroom all the time - Before arriving reception did not answer the phone. I had to call Booked.net to get in touch with the hotel for me. - insects - When we arrived the reception sent us to the old building since it is cheaper although it was not mentioned on the site of Booked.net that there are different prices !! - Room service brought blanket at 4:00 a.m.!!

Near to city and car Parking
I like to stay more at Al Massa Hotel but I stay only on Monday because there are only few sport channel,If they have Al Jazeera Sport 1+ and 2 plus I will stay more days and on Monday there no football matches mostly..

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Tidy and quiet rooms with a clean bathroom, fresh towels, and a very comfortable king-size bed. - A stunning location close to the Ministry of Health, shopping mall, supermarket, and city center.

The room was amazing, super spacious and didn't break the bank! the king size bed was so comfy, and they even had fresh towels ready for us 😊. Plus, the location is spot on, just a stone's throw away from the bus station.

Price was good for Al Ain but still seemed a lot for what you got
Hotel and room had stale tobacco and curry odour that was not masked by the over zealous use of air freshener and the pillow cases were grubby.
